Church Cottage is a NO
SMOKING/NO PETS COTTAGE. Sorry, it is beautiful
and we would like to keep it that way.It will
sleep six people in three rooms. One double with
ensuite and two twin bedded rooms. All bedding
and towels provided.Entrance is from the back
garden into a stone flagged hall with cloakroom
and WC - plenty of room for hiking
boots.

There are 2 living rooms with
wooden floors, oak beamed ceilings and stone
fire places, comfortable settees and some
lovely pieces of antique furniture and original
artwork, TV, DVD and CD player. There is a
childrens room with a nintendo games machine
and games, attached to a dedicated TV. The
kitchen/dining room is state-of-the-art with
modern birch units with granite work surfaces,
stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer,
dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, fully
equipped with pots, pans, glassware etc. The
stairs and top floor are all beautifully carpeted.On
the first floor there are two twin bedded
rooms, both with original stone fire places.
The bathroom is modern with a sunken bath,
Grohe Shower, WC and basin and shaver point.
The third bedroom is a modern loft style room
with a double bed, an ensuite shower room,
WC and basin with a beautiful view across
the hills towards Chatsworth House.

There is a parking area at
the back of the cottage that will take two
average sized cars, end to end or one very large
car with comfort.Rental is generally Saturday
3pm to Saturday 10 am, but long weekends
(Fri-Mon) could be negotiated and we would be
grateful if you would leave the property in a
clean and tidy
state.
