Ivy Cottage has recently undergone an extensive renovation
to an extremely high standard. You enter the ground floor
into a large entrance hall ideal for coats and boots. From
here you enter a games room with patio door access to the
outside. The games room has a sofa, TV, DVD, Playstation and
games and wireless Internet upon request. From the games room
a door leads into a beautiful beamed lounge with leather settees,
large flat screen TV, SKY HD, DVD home cinema system and glowing
log effect gas stove. Also on the ground floor is a superbly
equipped kitchen with hob, double oven, microwave, fridge,
freezer, dishwasher, washer and dryer.
Leading on from the kitchen is a lovely dining room with
a solid oak floor, large oak and leather dining suite and
a log effect gas stove. Finally completing the downstairs
accommodation is a sunny garden room with sofa and chair,
SKY TV and a downstairs wc.
On the first floor there is a large double bedroom with
a double bed, oak furniture and ensuite shower room with wc.
Further along the landing is a double bedroom with oak furniture
and twin beds that can be made into a double bed on prior
request, at the end of the landing is a further double bedroom
with a super king sized bed, single bed, oak furniture, SKY
TV and lovely views over the gardens.
Completing the first floor accommodation is a large deluxe
bathroom with underfloor heating, a double ended bath, double
size shower with body jets, twin sinks and wc.
Outside there are with two spacious decking areas with ample
garden furniture, lighting and views of the gorgeous surrounding
countryside.
