carsington water near ashbourne - havenhill cottage ::

Havenhill Cottage is a luxury self catering holiday home newly renovated from one of the traditional 17th Century farm buildings surrounding Netherton Hall.

Netherton Hall is a beautiful old Derbyshire hall built by the Buckston family as the principal residence of the tiny hamlet of Nether Bradbourne. The house and traditional buildings are Grade II listed dating back to 1684 as carved on the date stone on the front of the house, but probably far older.

There are many local attractions within easy reach including Carsington Water, Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Alton Towers and the Peak District National Park with its wonderful market town of Bakewell.
