The accommodation is in an elevated position commanding some excellent views of the surrounding area, at the same time enjoy some excellent walking, with Edale and the beginning of the Pennine Way being only a short drive away.

There are spacious grounds and private own gardens surrounding the accommodation available for use by visitors, nestling under Winn Hill, and some outstanding hiking and biking trails from the door.

Sam's Stabel and Alice's Cottage are at the same location and can be booked together to sleep 10 people. It is possible for up to 10 people to dine together in Alice’s Cottage.

Alice's Cottage (3 bedrooms, sleeps 6)

You enter the barn full of charm and character, into the open plan kitchen dining and lounge area with its welcoming Yorkshire range fireplace, and an imposing glazed window to the rear. The room is well equipped, beams and stone flagged floors giving this area further character.

The stairs lead to the three bedrooms, two with double beds, the remaining bedroom having two single beds.

The main bathroom has a spa bath with shower over, hand basin and toilet.

Sam's Stable (2 bedrooms, sleeps 4)

Recently converted, the accommodation provides comfortable character accommodation for your stay.

The accommodation has been turned upside down to take advantage of the views of the surrounding area.

On the ground floor are the two bedrooms one with a double bed, the second having two single beds.

The stairs lead to the first floor and the spacious and open plan and well equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area. On this floor the main bathroom has a bath with shower above, hand basin and toilet. This room is open to the eaves, and beams and trusses give this room further character, and of course splendid views with its own orchard garden.
