The Robins and The Swallows are situated in the hamlet of Overgreen (B6050), 5 miles west of Chesterfield and about one mile to the east of The Peak District National Park. Pub/restaurant across the road

The Robins

The Robins (Sleep 2, plus sofabed, junior bed or cot). Downstairs there is a lounge/diner with flatscreen TV and DVD, well equipped kitchen and bathroom (bath and shower). Upstairs there is one large double bedroom. Ideal for a relaxing break for two.

The Swallows

The Swallows (sleeps 5 plus cot). Downstairs this cottage has a cosy lounge with flatscreen TV and DVD, separate dining room to seat 6, well equipped fitted kitchen (washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave) and a single bedroom. Upstairs there is a double ensuite bedroom and a twin ensuite bedroom. An ideal choice for families and friends.

• Views of open countryside in all directions. Sheep and cows graze in the adjacent fields
• A large enclosed garden, shared by the 2 cottages, where young children can play. There is a small play house (belonging to our granddaughters) and some toys for younger children. Patio for barbeques (tables, chairs, barbeque available)
