| An end terrace house in Brassington which sleeps 2-4 with
cot if needed. It has electric storage radiators and a coal
and wood burning fireplace. All linen is provided and the kitchen
is fully equiped with electric cooker/oven, microwave ,toaster
and fridge. Kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery are provided.
There is a snug and separate dining room.
Upstairs there are two interconnecting bedrooms . The main
bedroom has a double bed and the smaller bedroom two single
beds. The bathroom and toilet are also upstairs. There is
a small front garden and a larger rear garden with garden
furniture. Two small out buildings serve as a laundry room
with washing machine and tumbledryer. There is also a wood/coal
store.
The cottage is in good decorative order with many original
features with fireplaces, beams and wooden shutters.
The cottage is inspected annually by the E.T.B. and has
a four star rating. Well behaved pets are welcome but we request
our customers not to smoke within the confines of the cottage.
We welcome customers who would like long weekend breaks as
well as longer stays.
Rates per week £190 to £350 per week. A brochure
is also available.
