Sleeps 4, and an occasional fifth person if needs be, in two bedrooms - one king-size double and one twin-bedded room.

A fine Victorian house with elegant, spacious rooms beautifully decorated so as to retain its character. One side looks out onto the village square; rear views are of the garden seating and water feature. An entrance lobby (wc and basin off) leads into a large fitted kitchen with a lovely original cast-iron range, pine table and a full range of appliances, all integral. The spacious living room has a comfortable suite with hand-made oak furniture and a traditional fireplace. The large master bedroom has a king size bed and settee. Generally two people will use this room but the settee converts to a bed suitable for an extra person or two small children. The second bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom is luxurious with ceramic-tiled floor and walls, a claw-foot Victorian bath standing centrally with Victorian suite and a separate power shower cubicle.

Pinfold Barn

Sleeps up to 6 in three bedrooms, one Double, two Twin.

Pinfold Barn is a beamed detached stone cottage in the courtyard corner. Stone steps lead up to the entrance hall (cloakroom off with wc and shower).The sitting room has comfortable seating and a pleasing ambience with good pictures, imaginative lighting and an inglenook fireplace with a traditional cast iron fire. The large Dining Room / Kitchen has a fine oak table, carvers & chairs, a quality fitted kitchen - cooker, hob, dishwasher, fridge (all integral) and microwave. The master bedroom has double bed, dressing table, en-suite basin / wc; bedroom 2 has twin beds; bedroom 3 is also twin-bedded. The bathroom is very luxurious - tiled floor & walls, (corner) bath / suite, with separate power shower cubicle and an airing cupboard. The bathroom decor is exciting: an 'undersea' scene designed and painted by one of the CH 4 TV 'Our House' team. The Utility / Drying room has washing machine, tumble dryer, Belfast sink, freezer and boiler. Pinfold has its own phone, incoming calls accepted.

Pinner Cottage

Sleeps 2 in one king-size-double bedroom.

This is a charming two person cottage opposite the captains House enjoying similar views. It is furnished and decorated to the same high standards. The kitchen has light oak units with integral oven, hob, fridge and separate microwave. There is a comfortable suite and a separate dining area seating four. The inglenook fireplace has a traditional cast-iron fire. An open staircase leads to the upper floor. The bedroom has a king size bed and the adjoining bathroom is luxurious with ceramic-tiled floor and walls, a large Victorian style bathroom suite with power shower over and washstand.
