| Over Boothlow is a grade II listed, secluded, south facing,
farmhouse with far reaching views, situated half a mile from
the B5053 and about a mile from Longnor village.
The area is a beautiful quiet unspoilt green valley with
the River Manifold running through it and the River Dove running
to the north of Longnor. Longnor had its heyday in the 1850's
when it was a successful market village, there are still family
run farms in the area.
The garden is south facing with flower beds and garden furniture.
The views are down the Manifold Valley with the Staffordshire
Moorlands on the horizon. The views are one of the best features
of the property. Lapwings and skylarks can be heard in the
summer. There is also a barbecue and children's swing.
Further to the immediate garden are 40 acres of agricultural
meadowland, the meadows are mown for silage in July. There
is river frontage of the River Manifold across the meadows.
