This cottage has a large cart entrance with glazed doorway, flagstone entrance hallway and an attractive upstairs/balcony. There is extensive use of pine beams throughout, including exposed trusses in upstairs bedrooms. The barn has full central heating and double glazing.

The kitchen is equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and a dishwasher. There are also shared laundrette facilities.

The dining area looks across the former farmyard with a view down the valley. The lounge is bright, comfortable and spacious with stunning picture views of the rolling Derbyshire countryside.

Accommodation (4 bedrooms, sleeps 8)

There are 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms - one of which is on the ground floor.

The two upstairs double bedrooms can have ensuite facilities by limiting access from corridor areas. There is one bathroom and a shower room upstairs and a separate shower/toilet on ground floor level.

Ample parking, linen is provided and a cot and high chair are available.
