The house is reached via a flight of stone flagged steps
and the huge front door leads into the main, oak floored entrance
hall from where the accommodation offers open plan dining
and kitchen areas perfect for relaxed dining and socialising.
The kitchen is fitted out with antique pine units and includes
a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and gas AGA
oven. The huge picture windows throughout the ground floor
take in stunning views of the imposing Derbyshire limestone
tors.
Also on the ground floor is a TV lounge with welcoming open
fire and more fabulous views; a second reception room with
LCD TV, DVD player and comfy leather sofas; a Utility room
with washer/dryer; a games room with a snooker table; double
patio doors lead out to garden and BBQ areas.
An imposing dog-leg, wooden staircase leads to the first
floor which has four bedrooms:
- Bedroom one with a king sized bed plus en-suite shower
room.

- Bedroom four with two single beds.

- Bedroom seven with two single beds, bunk beds and a single
sofa bed for occasional use.
