Orchard View has recently been converted to an extremely high standard from a stone outbuilding. It has lots of character and features.

The accommodation is all on one level with easy access for those with limited mobility.

The lounge area is centred round the glowing stove, with a large glazed door giving access out to the stone flagged area with seating. The lounge has a comfortable sofa and chairs, SKY HD, DVD, large flat screen TV, stereo, Bose home theatre, I-Pod docking station and Internet access.

The kitchen/diner has beautiful stone flagged floors and has a stunning cream kitchen with solid oak worktops, travertine stone tiles and Belfast sink and is very well equipped with a double oven & hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee maker, dining table and chairs.

Leading off the hallway is a double bedroom with a king size bed, oak furniture, SKY TV and an ensuite shower room with WC, heated towel rail and underfloor heating.

A second double bedroom with oak furniture, SKY TV and twin beds that can be put together on request to make a double bed.

Completing the accommodation is a luxury bathroom with stone floor, a double ended whirlpool bath with shower over, toilet, solid oak cabinet with inset marble basin , underfloor heating and heated towel rail.

Outside there are beautiful landscaped gardens with spacious decking areas with garden furniture, BBQ, lighting and views of the gardens and the gorgeous surrounding countryside.
