The
Stable is a recently (2009) converted large Grade 2 luxury
stable/barn sleeps 2. This original detached stable and barn
has been finished to the highest standard and is situated
in Parwich, one of Derbyshires most admired and picturesque
villages in the heart of the Peak District National Park.
Parwich is about a 10 minute drive North of Ashbourne. It
is ideally located for those who enjoy walking, cycling, horse
riding, water sports (at Carsington Reservoir), golf, fishing,
and generally exploring the beauty of the Peak District National
Park. From Parwich there are several short or long walks,
for example a walk to the beautiful village of Tissington
where you can stop in the tea rooms for lunch or afternoon
tea. Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Keddleston Hall, Bakewell
and Buxton are all within a half an hours drive from
Parwich. Parwich itself has a village pub serving food at
lunch and dinner, a shop (in the pub), a park and bus stop.
Accommodation (1 bedroom, sleeps 2)
On the ground floor there is the large bedroom, hallway with
utility (washing machine and dryer), modern wet room bathroom,
