There is also a Futon for occasional use in the Lounge area. The fully equipped kitchen has a mahogany floor and it contains washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cooker with oven and Television with Sky. There is a large lounge also with Sky television.

The property has 3 bathrooms - all with showers, one with bath and shower.

There is plenty of off-road parking and a private garden with BBQ area is under construction (completion shortly).
